Miss Linnea Czerney email: [email protected] [email protected] phone: 252.451.8515 A little bit about your teacher... This is my first year teaching, but I could not be more excited to be a part of your child's learning experience. I have known I wanted to be a teacher since I in high school. All my life, I have been working with kids and hoping to make a difference in their lives. I was born and raised in Michigan and am very proud of my state! Recently, I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Elementary Education with majors in Social Studies, Language Arts, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have had the privilege of subbing in all grade levels and many subjects while in college. I have also been a part of 1st grade, Kindergarten, and 3rd Grade classrooms long term. I am now starting my Masters in Educational Technology through Michigan State University this fall. I encourage you to look at my online portfolio found at linneaczerneyportfolio.weebly.com My favorite activities are usually outside! I love to travel and see new places. Reading, photography, arts and crafts, hiking, skiing, playing golf, and scuba diving are some of my biggest loves. I am the youngest of four and am very close to my family. I am glad to be in North Carolina and cannot wait to see what the year holds! Each and every one of your children will grow and improve their skills this year. We are setting goals and working hard to be better readers! |
